Choreography Competition – Semi-Finals
The International Choreography Competition in Jerusalem brings together leading creators from around the world for an event dedicated to innovation, creativity, and flexible thinking. Through a multi-stage process - presentation, feedback, semi-finals, and finals - the most outstanding works will be selected to take contemporary dance one step further.

International Choreography Competition – MASH Dance House
The International Choreography Competition of MASH Dance House is held this year for the 11th time. The competition presents short works of up to 15 minutes by independent choreographers from around the world. An artistic committee carefully selects the pieces from hundreds of applications submitted to an annual open call. Many are chosen through collaborations with international festivals and competitions that select outstanding works and invite them to Jerusalem.
This year, ten pieces will be presented from Hong Kong, Cameroon, China, Israel, Brazil, Taiwan, and Germany. An international jury will award four prizes totaling €11,500, donated by Steve Rosenberg and Dr. Ellen Lippman. The jury includes representatives from Germany, Estonia, Israel, Hungary, and the United States.
As the only competition of its kind in Israel, it serves as a platform for dialogue between Israeli and international artists, exposing the works to directors and curators…
